What we collect

• Account data: email, display name, plan tier
• Content: video files you upload, transcripts derived from them, and clips generated
• Usage metrics: jobs processed, credits spent, basic anonymized analytics

Where it lives

Account and metadata are stored in our managed backend. Video files, transcripts, and rendered clips are stored in object storage.

Processors

Clippeo relies on trusted third-party infrastructure providers to operate the service, and a merchant of record that handles payments, invoices, taxes and refunds. Clippeo never stores or sees your full card details.

Retention & cookies

• Uploads, transcripts, and clips are deleted per the retention windows described in our Terms.
• You may request deletion any time via account settings or support@clippeo.ai.
• Cookies are limited to authentication and session management — no advertising cookies.

Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

You can export, correct, or delete your data at any time. Use the "Delete my account" button in Billing to permanently remove your account and all associated content. Email support@clippeo.ai for any other request.
