You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to process any content you upload to Clippeo, whether you own it or have a license that permits AI processing and short-form derivative use. Do not upload content that infringes third-party copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, or includes branded gameplay, music, or characters you do not have rights to.
We do not use your uploaded videos, transcripts, or generated clips to train AI models. Content is processed only to deliver the clips you requested.
Uploaded source videos are retained for 3–60 days depending on your plan tier and then automatically deleted. Generated clips are retained for 7–180 days. Download anything you want to keep before the retention window expires.
Credits are non-transferable. Failed jobs (transcription, rendering, analysis) are automatically refunded. Otherwise, all sales are handled per our Refund Policy.
You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Minimum age to use Clippeo is 16.
No illegal content, no infringing content, no malware, and no attempts to disrupt the service or circumvent limits, rate-limits, or plan restrictions. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Paid plans and credit packs are sold by our merchant of record (name shown at checkout). Prices may change with prior notice. Applicable taxes are calculated and handled by the merchant of record. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clippeo's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost content — download your clips before the retention window expires.
You agree to indemnify and hold Clippeo harmless against claims arising from content you upload or your breach of these terms.
Send takedown notices to support@clippeo.ai. Accounts of repeat infringers are terminated.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ecuador. Disputes shall be brought before the courts of Quito, Ecuador, unless the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence applies.
